Questions regarding the SMS and the credit report

If you have questions regarding the credit report, you need to contact the credit reference agency, Creditsafe, through which the credit report was requested.

Kivra sends the SMS on behalf of the credit reference agency who is responsible for the personal data of the SMS. The SMS is sent to let you know that someone has requested a copy of your credit and to give you the opportunity to immediately check that the information is correct. In that way, the credit reference agency meets the information requirements in the Credit Information Act.

If you do not wish to read the credit report digitally you can wait until it has been sent to your registered home address. Kivra is in charge of the digital mailbox and acts as a mailman, and can thereby not answer questions regarding the credit report itself.

If you have questions about the processing of personal data, why you have received the SMS, or how Kivra got your telephone number, you can read more here.
